Model SB600
The SB 600 is no new comer to the brine production market place. While offering a proven history of reliable service, there are several new features such as larger and easier salt-hopper cleanout. Both the salt-brine hopper and the 600 gallon onboard brine storage tank cleanout have been relocated for ease of operation. The all polyethylene construction still offers an unsurpassed corrosion free construction of any brine maker offered on the market today.

Model SB600 Shelter
The SB 600 shelter provides an economical solution for a non-corrosive, heated enclosure for the SB 600. The shelter is a pre-assembled turnkey unit, which is made with foam filled polyethylene and offers ample protection from the cold weather and other environmental elements. The shelter was first offered during the Fall of 2000. Requested from VariTech customers, they wanted their brine production facility closer to salt supplies and to move the production inside or outside from vehicle storage or maintenance areas.

Model SB1400
The SB 1400 is a two-part stainless steel brine production unit. Developed in the Spring of 2002, in response to our customer’s needs. This is a larger unit, with higher thought put, and has double the onboard brine storage capacity. The SB1400 has incorporated the use of an optional equipment coupler. This coupler allows the ease of removal and dumps of any remaining debris from the salt hopper by the use of a front-end loader with an equipment coupler.
